Toshiba Teli recognizes the value and usefulness of personal data of customers and thus, will carry out the following Protection of Privacy Data policies as the active conduct of business of our company :

1. Toshiba Teli strictly observes the Personal Data Protection Law.
2. Toshiba Teli has established regulation relating to the Protection of Privacy Data and created an in-company governing structure that ensures that all corporate officers and employees recognize the importance of the regulation.
3. When Toshiba Teli obtains personal data from customers, Toshiba Teli clearly indicates in advance the purpose for which the personal data are intended to be used and uses the information within the scope of the stated purpose of use. If under special circumstances, the need to use the ones agreed upon previously arises, Toshiba Teli will notify the customer and obtain permission.
4. Toshiba Teli will not disclose any of the customer’s personal data to third parties, except when there is justification and/or when the customer gives consent to do so.
5. Toshiba Teli will use the most careful safety measures to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and/or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, while maintaining personal data accurate and updated.
6. Toshiba Teli will respond to customers with inquiries or concerns about personal data and/or the disclosure of it promptly and earnestly.
7. Toshiba Teli will conduct organization maintenance and will ensure the Protection of Privacy Data, and will improve both continuously.
