  Open CV is an open source computer vision library.
  OpenCV has image taking feature but it does not support the camera 
  standard of USB3 Vision and GigE Vision.

  His material explains how to take in the image of USB3 Vision camera 
  or GigE Vision camera as OpenCV's structure or class object by using 
  TeliCamSDK.
