Reporting "VISION 2018" with many thanks for coming

Together with our European partner of MaxxVision GmbH, we exhibited in "VISION 2018" held in Stuttgart Germany from 6th to 8th November 2018.
In our booth, we exhibited topical Dual USB3.0 camera of "DDU series" and new core products such as USB3.0 camera of "DU / BU series", GigE camera of "BG series", and other products such as camera lineup, camera system and reference models.

We sincerely thank you for visiting our booth.

Our exhibited products

We are explaining our major exhibits in "VISION 2018" as follows.

Demonstration of solution by our industrial camera with miniaturized linear motor train

Various cameras shot miniaturized linear motor train running in high speed. We demonstrated our advantages such as high speed performance comparison of the latest cameras, high speed image processing with our high speed image processing library and our unique camera features.

Demonstration with miniaturized linear motor train

High speed performance comparison, DU1207MG vs Dual USB3.0 camera of DDU1207MG

By using 12.3MP B/W camera of DU1207MG and Dual USB3.0 B/W camera of DDU1207MG, both of two cameras equip with Sony made CMOS sensor (Pregius) of IMX253, for shooting miniaturized linear motor train running in high speed at the same time. This demonstration confirmed that Dual USB camera output 2 times more frame rate than single type camera.

BU1207MG x Halcon 2D code reading

By using 12.3MP B/W camera of BU1207MG with Sony made CMOS sensor (Pregius) of IMX253 and MVTec's Halcon, we demonstrated reading, image processing and displaying QR code on miniaturized linear motor train running in high speed.

BU602MCF's sequential shooting by bulk trigger function

Using 6.2MP color camera of BU602MCF which has Sony's CMOS sensor (STARVIS) of IMX178, bulk trigger which is one of the camera functions started sequential shooting at the time when the miniature linear motor train was passing through. The sequential images were recorded in the buffer of the camera and output to PC one after another through USB3.0 interface cable for display.

BU040MG's sequential shooting by bulk trigger function

Using 0.4MP B/W camera of BU040MG which has Sony's CMOS sensor (Pregius) of IMX287, bulk trigger which is one of the camera functions started sequential shooting at the time when the miniature linear motor train was passing through. The sequential images were recorded in the buffer of the camera and output to PC one after another through USB3.0 interface cable for display.

BU302LMCF's sequential shooting by bulk trigger function

Using 3.1MP color camera of BG302LMCF which has Sony's Pregius CMOS sensor of IMX256, bulk trigger which is one of the camera functions started sequential shooting at the time when the miniature linear motor train was passing through. The sequential images were recorded in the buffer of the camera and output to PC one after another through GigE interface cable for display.
