Surface Flaw Detection Scope viewer 'SFDViewer'
1. Overview
"SFDViewer" is a specialized application designed for seamless image acquisition, display, and saving from the Surface Flaw Detection Scope.
Note: SFDViewer requires a PC with TeliCamSDK installed.
2. Function Description
2.1. Image Selection Function
Choose from five types of images display options.
- Capture Image : The original image acquired from the camera
- R Image : The image with the R component extracted from the original image
- G Image : The image with the G component extracted from the original image
- B Image : The image with the B component extracted from the original image
- Gray Image : The image converted to monochrome from the original image
2.2. 2-in-1 / 4-in-1 Display
Easily compare images side by side using two or four-screen layouts to help identify surface flaws more effectively.
(The same operation applies for 4-in-1.)
2.3. Scale Function
Easily measure the approximate length of any selected area by setting the scale.
When capturing an object of known length and setting its value, you need to readjust the settings if the magnification changes.
2.4. Histogram Display
Displays histograms for each color component of the captured image, allowing you to quickly assess the color distribution and overall brightness.
2.5. Line Profile Display
Draw a line on the image to instantly view a graph showing the brightness values of each color channel along that line. This profile makes it easy to check contrast and detect scratches.
