Thank you and report of "International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2019"
Toshiba Teli joined in "International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2019" held in Pacifico Yokohama from 4th to 6th of December 2019. We exhibited various products such as high resolution camera with CoaXPress Ver2.0 interface, Camera Link, USB Vision, GigE Vision etc. And more, we introduced specific applications of IoT and AI with image processing.

Transfer bandwidth by interface type
Transfer bandwidth comparison by standard used in machine vision field,
120MP camera with CoaXPress I/F can take image of RGB and NIR at the same time (reference exhibit)
We exhibited 120MP high resolution camera in operation to output image in CoaXPress(Ver1.1)standard.
The sensor which can take and output image in RGB color and NIR area at the same time is used. It is expected to use for special inspection purpose.
Demonstration to show image difference under visible ray and NIR ray.
CoaXPress Ver2.0 65MP / 45MP camera(reference exhibit)
We exhibited 65MP camera and 45MP camera with 4 lane of CoaXPress Ver2.0 CXP-12 interface. Our own developed 12MP CMOS sensor was used as subject to take image. And we demonstrated to take precise image around wire bonding area in high speed of 71fps.
Transfer bandwidth of 10Gbps is achieved with dual USB ～ Industrial camera of DDU series
We exhibited our unique dual USB3 camera which has 2 channel of USB3.1 Gen 1 interface.
We demonstrated the comparison of single USB3 model of "DU1207MCF" and dual USB model of "DDU1207MCF" to show each image data in time series by trigger in the same time.
24MP camera / C mount with 4th generation "Pregius S"
We demonstrated a sensitivity comparison of the camera with 2nd generation Pregius sensor and the camera with 4th generation Pregius sensor (24MP).
Conversion adapter "SCAR" of S mount and C mount
"SCAR" is a conversion adapter to attach S mount type lens to C mount type camera.
In this example, S mount type fisheye lens is attached for surveillance in the equipment with limited space.
Image IoT for Smart Factory (Concept exhibition)
More effective IoT in a production site is expected by using image from camera.
Visualization with image analysis and work analysis with recorded image improve productivity.
Our system which is actually conducted in our company was briefly introduced in this demonstration.
AI image analysis, inspection solution (applications)
As an applications of image analysis and inspection solution with AI and, Aiden Company’s inspection equipment was introduced.
Using image from "BG302LMCG", this system instantly detects NG level dent on fan blades.
As the advanced feature, this system can learn a level of good or bad with small number of images and apply it to its operation.
